Smiling Happy People
I believe that’s a great way to describe our team here at Adventure Connections – And why shouldn’t we be, we are in the privileged position of making our clients life’s easier and more relaxed at a time when stress levels can go through the roof. When it’s a hen or stag event we’re organising, 99% of the time our clients are very aware that making a success of the event is extremely important – They want the event to be remembered by friends and family for all the right reasons – What they don’t want to hear on the first anniversary is “Oh my, do you remember the terrible time we had at “Jane’s” hen night, the hotel was disgusting, the entertainment dire, an experience never to be repeated”. We know our clients can sit back, relax and discuss again and again the fabulous experience they enjoyed. For our corporate clients the right choice of event and venue etc is a reflection on their company as well as ours and a successful event is the only acceptable outcome.
We understand how important it is to build a relationship with all our clients right from the first point of contact – How can we give a first class service without knowing a clients likes and dislikes, what interests them with regards to entertainment etc? – All our groups have individual personalities and we strive to reflect those personalities in the packages we put together.
We all know how difficult it can be to actually talk to another human being at the end of the telephone nowadays; emails have also had an affect on voice to voice contact, with all the call centres etc, personal contact almost seems a thing of the past – We here at Adventure Connections find this a sad scenario.
I believe here at Adventure Connections we deliver a better service through getting to know our clients.
We would love to hear if you agree or disagree with us – Are company/client relationships important to you as a client/prospective client?
Let us know your feelings on the above subject and any other subjects you would like to discuss by joining our blog - We look forward to hearing from you.
